Business leaders in future

Taking the liberty to define this framework based on my observations/experiences.

While the war on talent is truly on. Leadership hiring remains a unique challenge. Often CxO's and senior leaders take a wrong call and then they get stuck with "the compromise" for a long time.

Though a lot of deliberation goes behind a leadership hiring. In the new world, the ask probably is to forgo the current (Archaic) model about leadership capabilities. The framework (picture on the right) allows one to think about the limitations of current model and what probably should be the model in the future.

Food for thought: If (creator economy=true), then leader in creator economy = ?? ;)
